The Central Project Management Office (CPMO) team within Binance plays a vital role in steering the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. Responsible for setting objectives, managing performance, and establishing governance structures to hold teams accountable, the CPMO also supervises critical projects essential to the company's success. Through close collaboration with all departments, the CPMO team ensures efficient and effective execution of projects, contributing to Binance's mission of leading the cryptocurrency sector.

Responsibilities:

• Organize effective management cadence for decision-making and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Analytics departments for oversight of P&L and KPIs.
• Identify and communicate business opportunities and risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to derive strategic insights into the business.
• Formulate action plans to drive growth in established and new business segments.
• Prepare routine reports for senior management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance organizational design.
• Optimize internal processes to support business growth.
• Lead task forces and oversee high-impact, top-priority projects.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen along with critical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with international partners.
• Ability to build solid cross-functional relationships and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in project and change management.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial and blockchain trading businesses considered advantageous.
• MBA, BA, or BS degree from a reputable university.
