About the Role
As the Post-Listing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects listed on OKX after they have launched. Your role includes evaluating listed projects, ensuring compliance with our standards, and maximizing value for both OKX and our users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with project teams of listed cryptocurrencies.
- Regularly assess and analyze the performance of listed projects to ensure they meet our listing criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as PR, marketing, customer service, and technical teams to seamlessly integrate and support listed projects.
- Identify potential issues or risks associated with listed projects and develop strategies to manage and mitigate those risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of listed projects.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

About UTOPOS
UTOPOS is building a decentralized ecosystem that connects blockchain technology with commerce, gaming, sports, payments, and future smart city development. UTOP is the ecosystem's native digital currency, designed for use across multiple products and services.
We are expanding globally and are looking for motivated Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help grow the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Introduce individuals, communities, and businesses to UTOP.
Build relationships with blockchain communities, influencers, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads for partnerships and business opportunities.
Identify merchant adoption opportunities.
Assist with community growth across social media and Web3 platforms.
Represent UTOPOS professionally in online and offline communities.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Representatives earn commissions in UTOP based on qualified business generated for the UTOPOS ecosystem. Commission terms will be provided during onboarding and are paid only after qualifying milestones have been successfully completed.
Top performers may be offered long-term positions and leadership opportunities as UTOPOS expands globally.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Existing crypto or business network is a plus but not required.
