Post Listing Research and Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Incident Handling

• Support projects during major incidents such as hacking or security breaches.

• Identify root cause and evaluate impact of incident on Binance and Projects.

• Collaborate with internal business units and external projects to minimize impact.

• Research and Risk Management

• Review performance of listed tokens.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative metrics to review tokens, such as product adoption, on-chain metrics, and community sentiments.

• Identify risks associated with tokens.

• Recommend and implement measures based on identified risks.

• Assess requests from listed projects for activities like rebranding, mainnet integration, and swaps.

• Prepare concise reports on identified risks, requests, and incidents.

• Lead initiatives to enhance risk detection and mitigation.

• Operations

• Manage onboarding of new listings by compiling key information and preparing for trading.

• Coordinate with all involved parties to facilitate operational requests from listed tokens, such as airdrop and swaps.

• Streamline processes and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of demonstrated success, preferably in research or consulting.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify root causes.
• Analytical and structured approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at evaluating risks and rewards of various decisions.
