Your Responsibilities Include:

Circle is seeking a Principal Analyst to join the Regulatory Assurance team, focusing on establishing a centralized global function dedicated to enhancing compliance management for all regional and core teams. In this crucial role, you will drive the development and implementation of Circle’s Regulatory Change Management Program, ensuring compliance risk is managed effectively through program development, assessment, and oversight.

Key Duties:

• Spearheading the Regulatory Change Management Program's strategy, framework, and operations.
• Introducing process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
• Promptly identifying, tracking, assessing, and handling all applicable regulatory changes in the program.
• Collaborating with various teams to communicate changes, assess risks, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinating remediation efforts and escalating identified risks effectively.
• Monitoring and preparing reports for the Regulatory Change Management Program.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining regulatory compliance programs.
• Track record of developing and executing comprehensive regulatory compliance change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting laws, rules, and regulations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering presentations.
• Enthusiasm for fintech and the transformative potential of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and work autonomously or collaboratively.
• Proficient in working with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

• This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
• Compensation and total packages are tailored based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
• Compensation:
• Base Pay Range: $160,000-$207,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
• Additional Benefits: Equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
