Principal Generalist Artist - Art, Metaverse
Our team in the metaverse industry is looking for talented individuals to help our partners achieve their ambitions in the metaverse. We are seeking experts in creative, production, engineering, and operations who can collaborate with industry leaders to push the boundaries of digital spaces and virtual worlds and shape the future of the metaverse.

Your Role:
- Manage art projects and processes to deliver high-quality assets aligned with the game's artistic vision, while avoiding disruption to other departments.
- Collaborate with art management to transform visions into deliverables.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of work methods and pipelines.
- Provide constructive critique to maintain the quality of assets and visions.
- Foster effective relationships within and outside the art department.
- Establish art standards and systems to ensure consistency.
- Analyze workload and productivity, identifying and resolving issues.
- Communicate accurate delivery timescales and anticipate potential issues.
Why You'll Succeed:
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in an art-related role.
- Proficiency in multiple art disciplines, such as backgrounds, characters, game objects, user interface, and animation.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- Experience managing outsourced partners.
- Excellent knowledge of art tools and the Unreal game engine.
- Understanding of the entire art production cycle, including concept, asset creation, lighting, and optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
