About the Role
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Data Product Manager to spearhead the development of data applications and oversee data assets and the data warehouse.
As a Data Product Manager, your pivotal role involves leveraging data to derive business insights and facilitate data-informed decision-making. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer-facing applications that streamline customer service and empower customers to resolve issues independently. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, you will gather requirements and prioritize feature development to address business needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing solutions
- Transform user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, and QA teams to deliver user-friendly, high-quality data applications
- Track key performance indicators and gather user feedback to continuously enhance existing applications
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proven track record as a Product Manager, specifically focusing on data applications
- Solid grasp of customer service workflows and agent workforce management processes
- Proficiency in data analysis, especially using SQL, to inform product decisions
- Hands-on involvement in the entire product development cycle
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Keen attention to data, execution-oriented approach, and dedication to improving user experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border collaborations
