Job Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished leader to build and manage our fraud risk systems at OKX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing risk models, strategies, and platforms, integrating with fraud and risk vendors, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer risk experience. Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial product leader who is comfortable proposing and implementing bold ideas.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of OKX's risk product to world-class standards, achieving a balance between financial losses, customer experience, and business growth.
• Oversee fraud risk management for our portfolio of fiat payment products, including implementing strategies and processes to proactively prevent and detect fraud.
• Evaluate and utilize cutting-edge fraud detection technologies and tools to enhance our fraud prevention capabilities.
• Define and monitor performance metrics to gauge the success of the product and leverage data insights for risk product enhancement.
• Utilize SQL and Python to analyze data and extract valuable information.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture within the department by conducting valuable data analysis and ensuring timely management of information.
• Establish cross-functional relationships with various teams to build and operationalize robust risk solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong product management experience in the fraud risk space, with knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics within financial services or FinTech companies.
• Familiarity with risk/data analytics tools and concepts such as Risk Rule Engines, Risk Modeling, and Identity Verification.
• Proficient in understanding technical product details and able to collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions.
• Data-oriented mindset with experience in identifying, tracking, and acting upon impact metrics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

The salary for this position ranges from $174,000 to $298,000 and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Additionally, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be included in the compensation package, along with comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
