Responsibilities:

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the Go-to-Market strategy for Circle's suite of developer tools and blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, this role will join a results-driven team dedicated to this strategic product domain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a product expert on features, competitive landscape, and target customer narratives
• Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies for new product launches and growth initiatives
• Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to identify market opportunities and support new product initiatives
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective GTM activations through marketing materials and sales enablement tools

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, or a blend of Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development fields, with a focus on B2B software or technology services
• In-depth expertise in blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product positioning and marketing collateral for technical products
• Proven experience in executing GTM strategies in multi-faceted team environments
• Self-driven, tech-savvy, excels in ambiguous settings, and capable of bringing structure to complex situations
• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS

Additional Details:

• Initial compensation factors include relevant experience, qualifications, and business needs
• Competitive pay range: $175,000 - $225,000
• Annual bonus target: 17.5%
