What You'll Be Responsible For:
Circle seeks an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the Go-to-Market strategies for its developer tooling platform and blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with a dynamic team focused on this critical product pillar.
Your duties will include:
- Serving as a product expert on features, benefits, competition analysis, and developer-oriented platform narratives
- Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to drive Go-to-Market initiatives for new products and growth endeavors
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to identify market opportunities and shape new product definitions
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance marketing, communications, and sales materials for Go-to-Market activation
What You'll Bring to Circle:
- Over a decade of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, or related fields, particularly in B2B software or technology services
- Profound understanding of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets
- Proven track record in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and marketing assets for complex technical products
- Experience in executing Go-to-Market strategies with diverse team collaboration
- Self-driven, tech-savvy, adaptable to dynamic environments, and adept at structuring tasks coherently
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS
Additional Information:
- This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- The compensation package includes base pay within the range of $175,000 - $225,000, an annual bonus target of 17.5%, and Equity & Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), along with discretionary vacation policy, paid sick leave, and U.S. national holidays off.
