About the Role

At Figure Technology Solutions, we are expanding our team and elevating our technology provider capabilities. We are seeking team members who are inquisitive, inventive, and thrive on collaboration. Our focus is on engineering as the cornerstone of our mission to revolutionize financial services through a blockchain-native lending solution. Each engineer plays a crucial role in shaping the team and the company's growth.

As FTS introduces its Lending as a Service platform, we are creating a shared software development platform that incorporates IAM (Identity and Access Management) technology. This role will be pivotal in developing solutions for efficient partner onboarding and ensuring a secure, user-friendly experience for customers and partners. As an expert in multi-tenant technology solutions, you will collaborate across teams to establish a robust platform for all products.

Key Responsibilities

• Show leadership in applying technical expertise to solve real-world challenges
• Collaborate with diverse teams to drive significant opportunities and propel FTS to the forefront of the FinTech industry
• Work closely with DevOps, SecOps, and business units to establish a secure, multi-tenant authentication environment for Lending as a Service
• Partner with internal and external teams to implement authentication integration using external identity providers
• Develop high-quality customer authentication systems for various scenarios
• Engage with partners to support Web3 wallet-based authentication
• Provide guidance to development teams and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Focus on delivering solutions with backward compatibility and ease of adoption
• Design and maintain a standardized platform for building applications and tools company-wide

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with a can-do attitude
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Over 12 years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, agile settings
• Demonstrated leadership in working on products with multi-tenant architecture
• Expertise in identity and authorization in a multi-tenant environment
• Proven self-starter able to execute work independently
• Track record in conceptualizing and executing end-to-end projects
• Ability to drive projects from ideation to implementation

For candidates in CO, NY, CA, and WA, the salary range is $156,640 - $195,800 with a bonus potential of up to 25% and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual experience and location.
