We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled professional to serve as a Product / Implementation Specialist within our team, specializing in catering to institutional clients involved in digital asset custody. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our product, necessitating a strong understanding of digital asset custody processes, regulated finance, entity structures, and problem-solving with a focus on execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of institutional clients, starting from onboarding to integration, and providing ongoing product support to ensure a smooth and secure client experience.
- Client Solutions & Implementation
- Serve as the lead contact and product expert for institutional clients, handling complex inquiries regarding custody, security, and settlement processes.
- Define customized solutions for intricate client needs, such as specific staking strategies and settlement workflows, while adhering to regulatory constraints.
- Project-manage implementation plans across various teams to ensure the timely delivery of client services.
- Develop and keep up-to-date internal documentation, implementation playbooks, and operational procedures for core client-facing processes.
- Product & Process Improvement
- Engage with customers to comprehend their workflows, establish strong relationships, and ensure product offerings meet their requirements effectively.
- Analyze client feedback and market research to provide insights for the Product team in defining features and prioritizing tasks.
- Act as a product advocate during client implementation, making tradeoffs to prioritize initiatives based on technical and operational considerations against client priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven background working with regulated financial products for institutional clients, such as hedge funds, asset managers, and banks.
- In-depth knowledge of digital asset custody, encompassing private key management, blockchain mechanics, and core custody operations.
- Demonstrated ability in proposing technical solutions for complex client needs and outlining detailed specifications for implementation teams.
- Strong leadership skills fostering cross-functional collaboration, initiative-taking, and achieving tangible results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals effectively.
