Product & Operations Manager, Gulf Binance

Binance, a prominent global blockchain entity renowned for the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Product & Operations Manager for BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance in Thailand. The role involves overseeing product development, exchange operations, regulatory compliance, and enhancing user engagement. The ideal candidate should possess experience in fintech, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges, capable of managing both product execution and operational efficiency. This position necessitates collaboration across various teams to improve platform functionality and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management & Development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and implement product roadmaps.

• Work closely with the product team to introduce new features on the exchange.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities.

• Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.

• Ensure that all product enhancements align with local regulations and business objectives.

• Operations & Platform Management

• Supervise daily exchange operations, including trading activities, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Monitor platform performance, address issues, and liaise with technical teams for resolutions.

• Coordinate with customer support to efficiently address user concerns.

• Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Utilize user behavior, trading activity, and operational data to enhance platform performance.

• Monitor key performance metrics and produce reports for management.

• Implement workflow enhancements and automation to boost operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant fields (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, fintech, or trading operations.
• Proficient problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
