About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company that plays a vital role in building the future of blockchain infrastructure.
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-driven experiences for a range of digital products from Chainlink. By leveraging best practices in user testing, UX, UI, and product design, you will create a world-class user experience for developers.
Objectives of this Role
- Showcase your talent and passion by designing end-to-end developer experiences
- Simplify complex cutting-edge technology concepts into intuitive and usable developer-centered products
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers throughout the product development process, making tradeoffs when required
- Present and defend your design solutions to stakeholders, peers, and executives, incorporating feedback
- Push the boundaries of Chainlink's products' UX through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design
- Adapt to both broad and specific design requirements, delivering high-quality deliverables
- Continuously seek ways to improve Chainlink's products and developer experience
- Contribute to and maintain our internal design system
- Influence the design process and team culture, aligning with current and long-term objectives
- Collaborate with the Design team, fostering open and challenging discussions on ideas
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product designer
- Demonstrated experience working on developer-focused products
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams for product launches
- Strong understanding and ability to execute each stage of the design process, from requirements gathering to prototyping
- Proficient in working with design systems
- Adaptable and excited about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Capable of taking ownership of projects and managing them from start to finish, gathering input from various team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to executives and peers
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma and the ability to mentor others in using the tool
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery and iteration cycles
