Product Director - Crypto Payments

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives throughout their lifecycle. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with design, front-end, and back-end teams to deliver best-in-class features.
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, collaborate on test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches.
• Engage in customer interviews to cultivate empathy and ensure their needs are addressed.
• Prioritize projects effectively, making informed trade-offs when necessary.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Act as the team's representative in cross-functional communications.
• Oversee specific features within a product line.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with expertise in Crypto payments considered a strong asset.
• Proficient in a data-informed approach, emphasizing user empathy.
• Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products and user experiences.
• Track record of successfully shipping and refining software or financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
