We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from conception through completion to join our cutting-edge and highly efficient product team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead significant product programs and guide stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Business, Tech Teams) in the product development lifecycle: from Product Discovery, Refinement, Development to eventual release.
- Drive impactful launches of products and features worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.
- Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities.
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, assist in writing test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products/features.
- Engage with customers via interviews to cultivate empathy and ensure their needs are met.
- Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects, considering necessary tradeoffs.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers/project managers, taking charge of the company's Custody Product domain.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in Custody Product Management, ideally with experience in both Traditional Finance/Banking and Digital Assets/Cryptocurrency Custody.
- Proficient in launching and evolving successful Custodian Products (including UI/UX) at scale, from MVP to ongoing road mapping for a comprehensive product offering.
- Represent the team and the Custody Product domain to cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, analytical, self-guided, data-driven work style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with top-drawer FinTech engineering, QA, and security teams, with a desire to make an immediate impact in a multicultural/international/remote work setting.
