About the role:
We are in search of Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from concept to completion as part of our dynamic and innovative product team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale product programs and lead various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Business, Tech Teams) throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive impactful product launches across our global market.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver outstanding features and products.
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and priorities aligned with strategic goals.
- Establish features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, manage backlog, and ensure timely product releases.
- Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are addressed.
- Prioritize projects effectively, considering tradeoffs when necessary.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers / project managers within the Custody Product domain.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Custodian (Platform & Institutional), preferentially in both traditional finance/banking and digital assets/cryptocurrency custody.
- Proven track record of shipping and iterating successful Custodian Products on a large scale.
- Strong representation of the team and Custody Product domain when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a proactive, analytical, data-driven work style with a high sense of ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with top-tier FinTech engineering, QA, and security teams, capable of making an immediate impact in a multicultural/international/remote setting.
