Crypto.com is seeking to accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrency worldwide. We are currently expanding our Exchange App and looking to hire a Growth Marketing Hacker who will play a key role in developing and executing our market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive global user growth and engagement as we grow.
This position requires a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility settings, where collaboration with product managers and growth teams is crucial. You will collaborate closely with these teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments and geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and own the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical in partnership with product and strategy teams.
- Create stories and campaigns that set our platform apart in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas and tailored journeys in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead creative and copy positioning for impactful and localized growth campaigns.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for user acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are data-informed, scalable, and timely by collaborating with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams and growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Provide insights to product and growth teams for positioning and prioritization.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle programs that boost user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Conceptualize promotions and incentive programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Identify and optimize onboarding and reactivation flows in collaboration with data and product teams.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and iterate quickly with analytics and product teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in crypto or financial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products/platforms sustainably.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with storytelling expertise.
- Collaborative nature with cross-functional experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and user research with an analytical mindset.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services would be advantageous.
