About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify growth opportunities and channels for CeFi and DeFi products through data-driven research.
Analyze GTM (Go-To-Market) gaps and enhance the product ecosystem pipeline in various OKX functions.
Develop ecosystem development plans and implement succession planning strategies.
Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns to drive ecosystem growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify online and offline conversion opportunities, coordinate events with different departments, and provide post-event reports.
Assist external teams in navigating the ecosystems, including technical solutions, partnerships, funding opportunities, and more.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to boost the number of active users and developers within the ecosystem.
Lead regular communication efforts, share post-campaign insights with stakeholders, and implement optimization plans.
What We Look For In You
Prior experience in Web3 and crypto ecosystem marketing.
Knowledge of centralized and decentralized blockchain platforms for retail users and developers.
Strategic and data-driven leader with strong communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.

Help build and scale decentralized infrastructure: contribute to compute networks, protocols, storage layers, and orchestration tools that power AI agents and open digital systems. You’ll write code, run tests, fix bugs, and ship real features fast.
Skills & Requirements:
1–3 years in blockchain infra, distributed systems, or high-scale compute (or strong personal projects)
Solid Python / Rust / Go skills
