We are in search of an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of a rewards engine on our current platform targeting affluent B2C customers. In this role as the primary product owner for this specialized business unit, you will have a pivotal role in defining the product vision and direction. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends and innovation to engage this specific audience effectively.
You will collaborate closely with product marketing and communications teams to develop a strategic go-to-market plan, leveraging customer insights and market demands. With a strategic mindset, you will prioritize features, manage product schedules, and focus on driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Analyze user behavior, market segments, and work with leadership to formulate a comprehensive product strategy.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain an annual roadmap aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Cooperate with cross-functional teams to craft effective product positioning and messaging.
Product Development: Design and test new features, manage the product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, enhance competitiveness, and address any weaknesses.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to refine the product and processes continuously.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in product management, with a successful track record in launching B2C products. Prior experience in fintech is advantageous.
Technical Aptitude: Passion for building innovative solutions.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
Agile Expertise: Experience in agile development and lean startup principles.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges and deliver creative solutions.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in gamification and rewards targeting affluent B2C customers.
