About the Role:
We are looking to hire a forward-thinking Product Manager to join our Product team. This role involves integrating advanced artificial intelligence throughout the Crypto.com App, serving as the strategic link between AI capabilities and user experience enhancement.
In this position, you will closely collaborate with Product Managers from diverse areas to infuse intelligence into our features, enhancing user onboarding processes, KYC flows, and providing AI-driven insights for user decision-making. The goal is to establish a cohesive AI strategy that enhances operational efficiency and introduces a personalized and intuitive user journey for our global user base.
The ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of generative AI technologies and data infrastructure and a track record in leading cross-functional projects. While experience in crypto trading ecosystems is favorable, a genuine passion for revolutionizing the fintech landscape through AI is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Leads across the Crypto.com App to identify integration opportunities for AI, ensuring a cohesive and intelligent user experience.
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Establish and drive the strategy for AI-enhanced customer-facing products, balancing long-term innovation and immediate operational impact.
- AI Integration & Excellence: Work with AI/ML research teams to integrate generative AI models into core features, upholding high standards for response quality and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, mobile-first requirements.
- Operational Intelligence: Scale AI-driven support tools and automated verification flows to improve efficiency while ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Define metrics of success and continuously monitor product performance to fuel rapid experimentation and feature optimization.
- Trust & Security: Ensure AI-powered products adhere to global data privacy standards and ethical AI practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in AI, fintech, or high-growth data platform settings.
- AI/ML Literacy: Strong grasp of generative AI fundamentals, including model limitations, prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs in production.
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate across diverse product teams to bring complex features to life.
- Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with AI Agent tools and optimizing workflows through automation.
- Strategic Execution: Able to manage high-level strategies while maintaining hands-on product delivery.
- User-First Mindset: Passion for translating technical solutions into user-friendly experiences.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience with customer-facing AI products preferred, crypto ecosystem familiarity is a bonus.
