About the Role:
The Asset Team at OKX is dedicated to delivering a premium asset management experience to our users. Focused on enhancing user satisfaction, the team oversees crucial elements like crypto funding movement, portfolio management, and asset visibility. By continually refining these core functions, the Asset Team endeavors to offer clients an exceptional user journey, empowering them to manage their crypto assets confidently and effortlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a strategic product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes based on user requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Keep abreast of cryptocurrency and blockchain advancements to identify innovative possibilities in on-chain transaction processes.
- Conduct competitor analysis, gather user feedback, and analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement in the on-chain transaction processes.
- Define precise product requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams for successful execution.
- Promote a user-centric approach to advocate for secure and intuitive user experiences throughout the deposit and withdrawal process.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions and analyze data to optimize conversion rates and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
- Possess prior experience in renowned internet/cryptocurrency firms like Facebook, Amazon, or Coinbase.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and on-chain transaction mechanisms.
- Proficient in user experience principles, with a proven track record of delivering user-friendly products.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- A passion for cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and emerging blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with Mandarin proficiency being compulsory.

Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
