Product Manager - Card

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and oversee card products in multiple markets as a Card Product Manager.
• Collaborate closely with various departments such as business development, technical teams, finance, risk, compliance, and legal to deliver top-tier crypto card products.

Requirements:

• Exhibit self-motivation and agility in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the drive to spearhead and manage cutting-edge crypto card products effectively.
• Possess strong product design skills, including the ability to create prototypes using wireframe and sequence diagram tools, with an aptitude for compelling user story development.
• Solid understanding of the product development life cycle, portfolio management, and relevant experience in managing card portfolios that yield positive PnL results and substantial user engagement on the platform.
• Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in card product management, particularly on the card-issuing side, with a preference for exposure to diverse markets.
• Proficient in conducting in-depth market research and analysis to uphold the competitive advantage of products, including regular competitor assessments and the identification of enhancement opportunities.
• Proficient in data analysis with the capability to optimize product performance using a data-driven approach and drive product improvements.
• Skilled in prioritization frameworks to ensure alignment with stakeholders on MVP scope and subsequent product development phases.
• Possess a sound understanding of risk and compliance frameworks in the card industry, along with proficient knowledge of various card procedures like reconciliation, settlement, chargebacks, etc.
