Product Manager, Cash & Transfers

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from ideation through implementation, makes impacts, and launches products/features across our global reach. We work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members to deliver innovative features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from conception through execution. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to design and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial operations. You will have the chance to drive change and introduce products/features on a global scale by collaborating closely with various team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning with strategic objectives
• Create features, write product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, write test plans with QA, manage backlog, and deliver products/features in a timely manner
• Conduct interviews and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Prioritize projects effectively and assess tradeoffs when necessary
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional units
• Manage specific features within a product line

Job Requirements

• Approach work with data-informed decisions while keeping the user perspective in mind
• Exhibit a strong passion for creating customer-focused products and experiences
• Experience in launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, taking initiative, and achieving results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members from different disciplines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Preferred domain knowledge in banking systems or crypto transfers
• Demonstrate humility in your work manner and interactions with others
