The Product Team

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of cross-chain token transfers and liquidity management. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, finance, and treasury teams to develop a system that enables efficient movement of liquidity across different blockchains. You will drive the improvement of our token pool design and collaborate with our risk management team to establish robust risk practices for token liquidity and transfer rate limits.

• Collaborate with different teams to develop a system for moving liquidity across blockchains and enhance user experiences.
• Improve token pool design to create a more inclusive and permissionless ecosystem.
• Establish comprehensive risk practices for token liquidity and transfer rate limits to ensure security and stability.
• As a seasoned Senior Product Manager, bring a wealth of experience and strong technical expertise.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of finance and liquidity management.
• Strong background in data science to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with web3 and its potential in redefining the financial landscape.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and present ideas effectively.

• Background in computer science for technical decision-making.
• Experience in spearheading innovative solutions and delivering tangible results.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in the financial industry.
• Previous experience in managing token pools and designing permissionless systems.
• Knowledge of risk management practices related to token liquidity and transfer rate limits.
• Strategic mindset and ability to make trade-offs in guiding product direction.
