Product Manager, Custody

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to completion, making significant impacts and introducing products/features on a global scale. Collaborating closely with various teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, we aim to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives through the entire lifecycle. This role presents a distinctive opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and oversee a platform that revolutionizes financial transactions. You will have the chance to drive results and introduce products/features worldwide through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and align them with strategic objectives
• Define features, develop product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, assist in creating test plans, manage the backlog, and deliver products/features promptly
• Conduct customer interviews and interact with them to ensure their needs are met
• Prioritize projects effectively, considering necessary tradeoffs
• Perform market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communications with multifunctional groups
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements

• Experience in settlement operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of regulated financial products for institutional clients is beneficial
• Familiarity with digital assets and private key management is preferred
• Data-informed approach with a user-centric perspective
• Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Track record of successfully launching and evolving Software or Financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to take initiative, and drive results
• Proficiency in collaborating with various teams and departments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Appreciation for humility in work relationships
• Strong aptitude for understanding and applying technical concepts
