About the Role:
In this position, you will lead the Machine Learning Driven Decision Platform, a core product supporting our organization. Responsibilities include guiding the strategic direction, feature development, and overall success of our Machine Learning Decision Platform. Working collaboratively with other product teams, you will identify needs, develop solutions, and provide insights. The ideal candidate should possess leadership experience, hands-on skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Decision Intelligence Platform by working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Create a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance product features according to user requirements.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to optimize performances, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on machine learning and data-driven decision-making platforms; at least 2 years in people management.
- Strong technical background in machine learning and decision-making systems to effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Sound business acumen to explore integration possibilities among stakeholders.
- Proven track record in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering market-ready products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities to motivate teams effectively.
