Product Manager - Exchange (Platform)

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to launch, creating impactful and innovative products across our global reach. We closely collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members to deliver exceptional features and products.

Role Overview:

We seek Product Managers to lead product initiatives through their lifecycle. This role offers a distinctive opportunity for a visionary individual to design and oversee a revolutionary platform that transforms financial transactions. You will have the chance to make a significant impact and introduce products/features on a global scale, working closely with various teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap and milestones with a focus on strategic priorities
• Collaborate with design, backend, and frontend teams to deliver top-tier features
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, coordinate test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers through interviews to understand and fulfill their needs
• Prioritize projects effectively, considering tradeoffs as needed
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional units
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, with expertise in trading/exchange platforms strongly preferred
• Approach work with a data-driven mindset while prioritizing user needs
• Strong passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products and user experiences
• Proven track record of shipping and improving successful software or financial products at scale
• Exhibited leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and ability to drive results
• Skilled in collaborating with various teams such as designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn new concepts
• Display humility in work approach and interactions with others
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and apply them is advantageous
