About the Role:
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives through full execution. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a strategic vision to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes the finance industry. In this role, you will drive significant impact by launching products and features globally, working closely with various teams to deliver outstanding products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with design, front-end, and back-end teams to deliver best-in-class features
- Define product features, create specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, assist in QA test planning, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product shipment
- Engage with customers through interviews to build empathy and meet their needs
- Prioritize initiatives, make necessary trade-offs, and conduct market research and analysis
- Represent the team in cross-functional communication and manage specific features within product lines
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, with expertise in trading/exchange platforms a significant advantage
- A data-informed approach combined with a user-focused perspective
- A strong passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
- Proven experience in successfully launching and optimizing Software or Financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, proactive attitude, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
- Strong willingness to learn, diligence, and a humble approach to work and collaboration
- Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and their practical applications is preferred
