As a Product Manager within the On&Off Ramp Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience during the conversion between fiat and crypto within the Consumer Services division. Collaboration with Engineering, Design, Delivery, Marketing, and Business teams is crucial to harmonize, outline, and implement the product vision and strategy. Your primary task will be translating this vision and strategy into a roadmap that facilitates the development of innovative, user-centric solutions for clients seeking to purchase, sell, or request a card linked to their cryptocurrency.
The On&Off Ramp product developed by Ledger facilitates customers in securely comparing service providers integrated into Ledger Live. Clients have the flexibility to select the most suitable option for buying, selling, or obtaining a card based on their country, payment method, or desired features. Your responsibilities as a product manager encompass ensuring a secure customer experience and boosting conversion rates by collaborating with product design, engineering, the business line manager, the legal team, and service providers. With a network of over 40 providers globally, scalability considerations across countries, payment methods, compliance, time constraints, and conversion rates are paramount.

- Conduct thorough user research to consistently gather insights, verify outcomes, identify opportunities, propose solutions, and formulate hypotheses
- Partner with senior management to identity, prioritize, and shape the product roadmap
- Supervise and guide the product lifecycle, from initial planning to launch, while collaborating with stakeholders. Develop key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate product success and identify enhancement prospects
- Follow Ledger’s Product Management evolution process
- Cultivate a culture rooted in data-backed decision-making by instituting metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance and pinpoint areas for experimentation and iterative enhancements
- Work closely with the Delivery team to optimize the delivery of customer value in alignment with Ledger’s goals
- Streamline and expand partner integrations in an optimal, iterative fashion while upholding high standards of security and transparency
