About the role:
We are seeking creative Product Managers at different seniority levels to spearhead product strategies from inception to completion. This role presents a distinctive opportunity for individuals with a forward-thinking approach to design and manage a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes how financial transactions are conducted. As part of this role, you will have the chance to drive innovation and introduce new products/enhancements across our global domain. Successful candidates will work closely with various teams such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional features and products. The focus of this role will be on the DeFi wallet and extension team, primarily overseeing the web extension product and contributing to the advancement of the mobile app.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies in alignment with strategic objectives
- Define functionalities, formulate product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, collaborate on test plans with QA, oversee the backlog, and ensure timely product deployment
- Engage in customer interviews to establish empathy and guarantee their requirements are addressed
- Effectively prioritize projects and initiatives, evaluating necessary trade-offs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Act as the primary representative of the team in communications with cross-functional partners
- Manage specific features within a product line or even serve as the individual product owner
Requirements:
- Employ a data-informed approach, with a user-centric perspective
- Exhibit a strong dedication to creating exceptional customer-facing products and a deep understanding of Web3 industry trends
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in launching and refining successful software products on a large scale
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, taking the lead and delivering tangible outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
