Product Manager, Options (Backend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for options backend infrastructure, covering order, pricing, and risk systems.
• Translate trading requirements into precise technical specifications for the options backend and infrastructure teams.
• Enhance system performance in areas like latency, throughput, and fault tolerance through iterative enhancements driven by data analysis.
• Collaborate with frontend Product Managers, engineering teams, quantitative analysts, and trading operations to deliver efficient and scalable backend releases.
• Monitor system health to ensure alignment with security, reliability, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in options trading or technical product management.
• Demonstrated expertise in options trading mechanisms, risk engines, and settlement processes.
• Proficient in backend system architecture, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across technical and business domains; Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is necessary for coordinating with global partners and stakeholders.
