Role:

As a Product Manager at sFOX, you will spearhead the development of our institutional trading platform's core user experience and client-facing features. Your responsibilities will cover crafting smooth workflows throughout the client journey, from onboarding to trading and portfolio management, meeting the intricate demands of professional investors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse teams to understand clients and deliver tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
• Shape the product vision and roadmap for sFOX's institutional trading platform.
• Provide outstanding institutional experiences through vital user journeys like onboarding, account funding, and trading.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and manage client-facing APIs and integration documentation for institutions.
• Promote new feature adoption through clear communication and training resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
• Over 3 years of product management experience, specifically in financial or trading platforms.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and scale-up, from conception to delivery.
• Proficiency in financial trading platforms, fintech products, or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge or experience with REST and WebSocket APIs, and principles of API design.

Nice to Haves:

• Background in cryptocurrency or digital asset platforms.
• Understanding of institutional trading workflows and requirements.
• Experience in UX design or user research.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL for large dataset analysis.

sFOX follows a remote-first approach. The salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
