If you are a Product Manager specializing in the User Identity Track, your role will be pivotal in improving the overall user experience. This position at SwissBorg is crucial, mainly concentrating on refining user interactions while ensuring these refinements comply with global regulatory standards.
What you might be responsible for:
- Managing the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding to retention by implementing innovative processes and features that elevate engagement and user satisfaction.
- Overseeing strategic compliance efforts by staying informed about financial regulations to ensure that user experience enhancements adhere to these rules.
- Collaborating closely with different teams like Compliance, Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering to ensure a coordinated approach to product management that meets user needs and legal requirements.
- Continually enhancing and refining the user experience through analytics and user feedback, driving innovations that align with present user demands and predict future trends and regulations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for projects involving refining user interactions within regulatory frameworks by effectively communicating with all stakeholders for transparency and alignment.

- Proven expertise in Product Management, specifically in user-centric products within the fintech sector, showcasing a solid history of enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
