Senior Client Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Senior Client Account Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client relationships in the B2C segment, ensuring we meet their investment needs and strategically identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' investment needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and present feedback, proposals, and product ideas.
- Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs, share feedback, and drive customer success.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards and manage risk when conducting regulated activities.
- Attend training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in client account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
- Experience in finance, brokerage, wealth management, asset management, or insurance industry preferred.
- Existing network of mass affluent and high net-worth individuals is desirable.
- Strong understanding of investment products across traditional and alternative spaces.
- Familiarity with client execution processes in different product classes is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or trading platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to fast-changing circumstances.
