As a key member of our team, the Product Marketer will be deeply involved in our promotional activities, marketing projects, ongoing operations, and community endeavors. Your main responsibility will be to formulate and implement innovative marketing strategies that attract and expand our community, enhance user engagement, and contribute to the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of campaigns, from planning to evaluation, to develop impactful and original campaigns within set timelines.
  • Use analytics to track performance and optimize tactics continuously for superior outcomes, focusing on data analysis and cohort evaluation.
  • Actively engage with our community to establish lasting relationships that transition early users into loyal, engaged community members.
  • Take ownership of customer relationship management (CRM) and develop lifecycle campaigns tailored to individual customer cohorts, offering compelling promotions.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create engaging marketing materials for various platforms, including social media, emails, and in-app assets.
  • Focus primarily on sports marketing through flagship products like NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY, with the potential to expand to other offerings like Disney.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass growth initiatives within the product, alongside traditional marketing methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a successful track record in digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong drive for impact and ownership of tasks.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Passion for NBA, NFL, and Disney products and brands.
