The Opportunity
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Product Marketing Director, collaborating across teams and regions to integrate the customer and product narratives into marketing initiatives. By developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and content for diverse sales and marketing platforms, the focus is on educating internal teams, prospects, and partners to foster sustained demand for the company's offerings.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable with establishing new processes, thriving in the fast-paced startup culture. Excellent communication skills are necessary for successful integration into the team-oriented workspace driven by resourcefulness, collaboration, and agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product positioning into impactful content for various audiences and marketing initiatives to drive awareness and demand.
- Conduct client and prospect research to inform messaging, sales enablement, and product team feedback.
- Collaborate internally and with partners to create compelling materials, from videos to written content and presentations.
- Develop and circulate competitive intelligence and support sales efforts with relevant tools.
- Drive the generation and maintenance of sales enablement tools, including various presentations and FAQs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess and enhance the impact of sales enablement content continually.
- Create a content calendar aligned with key product and market themes to address prospect education needs.
- Enhance analyst relations to improve engagement and relationships with key analysts.
Key Criteria
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally with global exposure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Track record of delivering impactful marketing content and managing multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into easily digestible content.
- Confidence in a hands-on environment focused on achieving goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Points
- Product Marketing Alliance Core certification.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with blockchain purposes and function
- Understanding of tokenization and institutional crypto markets
