What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team as we expand our presence within the financial industry. This role will focus on connecting with developers and emphasizing the value of our innovative application development platform designed for financial services. Key responsibilities include driving developer engagement, facilitating adoption, and nurturing advocacy through creating compelling content, fostering relationships with developers, and refining messaging to align with the community.

How You'll Play Your Part
- Convey the capabilities and value proposition of the platform to developers, articulating benefits and targeted personas.
- Conduct developer interviews and market research to gather insights, create and refine user personas, and customize messaging to meet developer needs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position our platform and identify unique selling points.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align on features, product roadmap, and messaging that resonate with developers and broader market requirements.
- Create strategic market-facing documentation and developer-focused content like technical webinars, videos, and blog posts to showcase the platform’s capabilities and engage the developer community.
- Work with sales and product management to define and articulate value propositions, develop use cases, and contribute to product packaging and pricing strategies.
- Support and engage in developer events and initiatives aimed at building community and fostering collaboration within the developer ecosystem.
The Experience You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, particularly with developer-focused products.
- Background in software development, preferably in B2B, real-time, or mission-critical systems.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, establish user personas, and develop tailored messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective communication with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and managing technical content such as documentation, tutorials, and videos.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and the ability to articulate market differentiation.
- Desirable: Experience in building and engaging developer communities.
Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000 annually
