Product Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is customer-centric and analytical, excelling in content creation. This individual will spearhead lead generation and nurturing efforts, covering strategy and execution. The role suits someone skilled in engaging with customers, creating compelling content, and executing campaigns on various channels to increase qualified leads and enhance prospect conversion.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the Market & Messaging:
Identify the ideal customer profile and deeply comprehend user pain points.
Create messaging resonating with target audiences and addressing authentic business needs.
Content Creation & Sales Support:
Produce and maintain sales assets, including product decks and case studies.
Develop content for outbound and nurture campaigns.
Account Strategy & Outreach:
Formulate strategic account lists for Account-Based Marketing and business development.
Plan and execute outreach initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn and email.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Supervision:
Design and oversee nurture sequences, emails, and newsletters for lead conversion.
Monitor lead progression and refine strategies accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance data and report key metrics.
Optimize campaigns based on insights and market responses.
Events & Presentations:
Represent the product in virtual or physical events, delivering engaging presentations.
Continuous Development:
Stay informed about digital marketing trends and emerging tools, especially in AI and automation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Sales, Business Development, or Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical software sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Excellent presentation abilities for webinars and events.
- Proficiency in analytical tools for performance tracking.
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation workflows and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in marketing to IT decision-makers.
- A background in computer science or a related technical field.
