Product Marketing Manager
BitGo is a prominent provider of digital asset solutions, catering to businesses with offerings such as custody, wallets, staking, trading, and settlement services. Established in 2013, BitGo serves as the security and operational backbone for over 1,500 institutional clients worldwide, including regulated entities and leading cryptocurrency exchanges. In 2018, BitGo introduced BitGo Trust Company, a qualified custodian specializing in storing digital assets. On a global scale, BitGo processes about 20% of Bitcoin transactions and supports over 800 cryptocurrencies. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive market success. This role involves shaping the go-to-market strategy, understanding the target customer base, and influencing product development, marketing, and sales approaches. We are looking for individuals who can merge strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicate effectively with clients, the market, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-market:
- Craft messaging and positioning to enhance product awareness and adoption.
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand clients, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and oversee launch plan execution.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Sales enablement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to create sales collateral that differentiates the company in the market.
- Gain insights from sales for understanding industry trends and sales requirements.
Product:
- Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize the product roadmap.
- Own product release communication strategies to drive product adoption.
- Keep relevant teams informed through internal communications and training.
Marketing:
- Plan campaigns to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Work with PR and Content teams to produce content that highlights the company effectively.
- Influence industry analysts to enhance market positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or finance product marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in crypto or fintech is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking charge of individual and team objectives.
- Collaborative, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
