Responsibilities

• User Feedback and Education: Develop strategies to gather user feedback, analyze data to drive product enhancements, and conduct user education programs to boost product satisfaction.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align project goals with corporate strategies.
• Research and Reporting: Perform market and competitor analysis, generate detailed product analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve product development and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a role requiring strong technical and analytical skills, ideally in a consulting or tech-focused industry.
• Technical Skills: Experience in project management, process optimization, or product development in technical environments is highly valued.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at making clear decisions in a fast-paced setting.
