Product Operations & Growth Manager

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to expand our user base, enhance engagement, and promote the adoption of our blockchain products and services. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams such as development, product, and marketing to help achieve our ambitious objectives in product operations and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective growth strategies to attract and retain users, as well as increase engagement
• Take the lead in product go-to-market operations by coordinating efforts across technology, product management, and marketing departments to meet project milestones and targets
• Continuously analyze performance metrics and data to optimize growth strategies for maximal impact
• Collaborate with management to identify, define, and drive strategic projects, offering insights to both functional and cross-functional teams
• Utilize user research to uncover user needs, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing user activity and loyalty
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Web3 to incorporate relevant insights into growth initiatives
• Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats for business expansion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cryptocurrency and/or blockchain industries with a deep understanding of current market trends
• Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
• Strong organizational skills to manage resources effectively, coordinate project timelines, and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data for strategic decision-making
