Product Operations Manager, Margin Trading

Responsibilities:

• Lead product operations for margin trading, focusing on achieving KPIs such as user growth and revenue increase.
• Analyze and interpret business and risk data to devise strategic roadmaps for business improvement.
• Establish structured workflows and guidelines to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with global internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and robust risk management.
• Monitor business demands and market trends, proposing comprehensive solutions and implementation strategies.
• Drive innovation in product models and business development strategies to foster growth and sustainability in margin trading.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant finance experience (prior knowledge of crypto-native derivatives/trading is a plus).
• Proficient in margin product logic and possess strong risk awareness; experience in trading financial products like Margin and Futures is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective coordination with international partners.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Profound understanding of financial and blockchain trading sectors.
• Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication, self-motivated, and quick learner.
• Responsible, capable of working under pressure, and self-driven.
