Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our cryptocurrency-related services. Your responsibilities will involve providing superior client support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement necessary improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various cryptocurrency operations, including client trading, lending, trade settlement, and risk management.
• Monitor system performance and address issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Debug and troubleshoot Java and Python applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system stability and performance.
• Liaise with global teams for round-the-clock support.
• Document support procedures and maintain support documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
• Identify areas for system and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production support roles, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient in SQL and either Java or Python.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous exposure to cryptocurrency or FX trading systems.
• Experience working across different time zones.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications in software development or IT support.
