Program Management Officer (PMO) – Binance Card

We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical PMO professional to assist in the initiation, growth, and optimization of the Binance Card program.
This role will be pivotal in evaluating vendors, financial planning, managing the program's life cycle, and strategizing for expansion. Collaboration with various departments such as Product, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and external partners is essential to ensure the program's commercial viability, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Card Vendor Assessment & Management
- Evaluate and onboard card program vendors, conducting RFP/RFI processes, and managing contract negotiations and structuring.
- Assess vendor capabilities, pricing, compliance readiness, and scalability while defining and monitoring vendor KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee ongoing vendor performance and ensure optimization.
Financial Planning & P&L Ownership
- Develop detailed financial models for the Binance Card program and manage end-to-end P&L with the Finance team.
- Forecast revenues and analyze cost drivers to track performance against forecasts and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Growth Strategy & Commercial Expansion
- Work with internal teams to define and execute growth strategies and optimize the end-to-end card lifecycle.
Card Scheme Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with card networks like Visa and Mastercard, ensure compliance with regulations, negotiate terms, and coordinate approvals and audits.
- Collaborate on joint initiatives and enhance products.
Program Management & Governance
- Drive program execution, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market analysis for crypto and fintech card programs, evaluate competitors, and explore new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven enterprise-level business development experience with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and manage complex partnerships.
- Strong network within relevant industries in the target region.
- Ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance considerations.
- Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus.
