Program Manager, Accelerator

We are collaborating with top-tier developers and startups working on MachineFi applications, and we are seeking a Program Manager who is strategic, results-driven, and passionate about accelerating these projects. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of these projects by managing and closely tracking their progress, providing necessary support, and developing a timeline of workshops and resources to foster their growth. You will also be involved in recruiting and onboard subject matter experts, mentors, and advisors to facilitate workshops and activities that maximize project success.

Additionally, you will drive educational programs and create an exceptional experience for the projects within the ecosystem. This includes planning and organizing culture-building and networking events for the projects. You will closely collaborate with the leadership team to develop new strategies, evaluate the strengths of educational programs, and address areas for improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of previous startup/tech experience, ideally in an operations-based role. You should have the ability to lead multiple programs from start to finish, with project management and client-facing experience being advantageous. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently. Familiarity and engagement within the venture and startup ecosystem, as well as a network within that ecosystem, are desirable. Experience in leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator, coaching startups, and having a passion for tech startups and entrepreneurship are preferred qualifications. Knowledge of the Web3 or blockchain technology ecosystem is also a plus.
