We are in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager to aid in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives. This role involves developing and managing project tracking systems tailored to specific business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, adaptability in project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project tracking systems like Monday.com, JIRA, etc.
Customize project tools to align with departmental requirements and strategic goals.
Implement tracking tools to support maturity model benchmarks and assessments.
Collaborate with leadership to integrate maturity criteria across business functions.
Evaluate maturity progression using project data and recommend development paths.
Establish mechanisms to visualize and report on maturity advancement.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with technical and operational teams.
Translate inputs into tracking solutions that align with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison to ensure understanding of tracking practices across departments.
Manage cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while identifying improvement opportunities.
Lead retrospective and post-mortem sessions to enhance workflows.
Adapt methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall to suit various projects and team maturity levels.
Educate teams on appropriate frameworks and aid in their adoption.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, Asana.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams at different process maturity levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding tools.
