Description
Our client, a prominent player in the AI platform sector, is seeking an individual to play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end projects within their enterprise-grade platform designed to blend human decision-making with intelligent automation. The platform unifies various communication channels, enabling organizations to seamlessly integrate AI with trust, context, and robust governance.
Duties:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle encompassing planning, coordinating, executing, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to outline project scope, requirements, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Supervise complex implementation projects involving AI orchestration across diverse platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, web, and internal back-office systems.
- Lead internal teams specializing in workflow development to meet client specifications utilizing no-code/low-code tools effectively.
- Uphold project governance structures to ensure alignment and accountability among all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of prior experience in project management, enterprise solution delivery, or SaaS implementation.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully delivering IT, SaaS, automation, or AI/RPA-related projects.
- Background in collaborating with notable enterprise clients, System Integrators, or partner ecosystems – preferably within regulated sectors like banking, insurance, or public services.
- Proficient in communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion), and enterprise architecture principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an additional asset.
