We are seeking a motivated candidate for an internship in our QA Automation Team. This internship will have a focus on two main areas.
Duration: 6 months
Start date: January/ March 2024
The Role
- Enhancing the scope and quality of automated tests on Ledger Live: The objective is to improve non-regression tests and mitigate risks associated with mocks and simulators used in end-to-end testing.
Currently, automated tests utilize mocks to hide hardware wallet communication and enable independent and self-contained testing. The goal of this internship is to replace mocks with an existing Nano simulator. This update will lead to increased test quality and coverage in relation to the code.
- Optimization of test execution in the development factory (CI): Study and implement parallelization of execution to reduce time spent. Introduce improved reporting and assimilation of automated test reports (integration and end-to-end). Establish a connection between the test repository (JIRA XRay) and automated test execution (E2E UI).
