Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases, leveraging coding skills to address technical challenges and streamline the test cycle.
- Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and engage in day-to-day QA activities.
- Enhance test frameworks, tools, and technologies used within the organization.
- Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise and execute test and validation strategies.
- Manage test cases and results, track test and defect metrics, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios.
- Contribute to the creation of reliable, scalable, and high-quality manual test solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Recommend enhancements to testing and development processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Uphold high-quality standards in a complex and evolving work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, specifically focusing on mobile apps.
- Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases as well as conducting manual testing.
- Sound knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Ideally, familiar with trading crypto or involvement in the crypto/defi space.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with Chinese language proficiency being an advantage.
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
