QA Engineer (Crypto.com APP)

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects that align with our core businesses. These projects are rapidly bootstrapped with a lean team to drive innovation. Your key role will involve actively participating in the development of scalable applications by contributing across various components, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases, leveraging coding skills to address technical challenges and streamline the test cycle.
• Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and engage in day-to-day QA activities.
• Enhance test frameworks, tools, and technologies used within the organization.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise and execute test and validation strategies.
• Manage test cases and results, track test and defect metrics, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios.
• Contribute to the creation of reliable, scalable, and high-quality manual test solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Recommend enhancements to testing and development processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold high-quality standards in a complex and evolving work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, specifically focusing on mobile apps.
• Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases as well as conducting manual testing.
• Sound knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Ideally, familiar with trading crypto or involvement in the crypto/defi space.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with Chinese language proficiency being an advantage.
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
