QA Engineer (Crypto.com APP)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team dedicated to designing, developing, and enhancing software for various projects closely tied to our core businesses. As part of our lean and agile team, you will play a key role in crafting scalable applications, covering components from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases, leveraging code to address technical challenges and streamline the testing process efficiently.
• Estimate testing efforts, analyze and communicate test outcomes, and actively participate in day-to-day QA activities.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks, tools, and technologies within the organization.
• Collaborate with Development, Testing, and Product Management teams to devise and deploy effective testing and validation strategies.
• Execute and oversee test cases and results, providing insights on testing metrics and defects.
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios across our systems effectively.
• Contribute to building robust and high-quality manual testing solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in testing and development.
• Uphold a high standard of quality in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of QA experience in mobile applications.
• Profound understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in crafting test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Solid expertise in manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading or involvement in the crypto/defi sphere is a plus.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
• Previous experience in an agile environment is preferred.
